Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging when applicable.

Items that are used, damaged, altered, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return. Certain sale items, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive products may be final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
